1. Introduction
Welcome to Slipz. By accessing or using our website, application, and services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
2. Account Creation and Trials
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. We offer a 7-day free trial for new accountant and business accounts. The trial provides unlimited client creation and up to 5000 receipt scans. Upon completion of the trial, you must configure a billing plan to continue using the Service.
3. Subscriptions and Billing
After your free trial, access to Slipz requires an active subscription. Subscription fees for accountant practices are based on the number of active client accounts you manage. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on the subscription plan you select.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service:
- In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation.
- To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any "junk mail", "chain letter," "spam," or any other similar solicitation.
- To attempt to extract underlying AI models or data extraction algorithms.
5. Data and Privacy
Your use of Slipz is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in that policy, including our use of third-party AI providers to extract data from uploaded receipts. You retain ownership of all data you upload, and grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the Service.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Slipz, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes via email or through the Service. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
